About RLS Land Solutions

A Needville Outfit Built on Big Iron

Our Story

Fifteen Years in the Dirt Business.

RLS Land Solutions is the Comparetto family's excavation company, based on a working ranch outside Needville in Fort Bend County. Over fifteen years the work has run from thousand-acre solar farm sites to ranch ponds, building pads, concrete roads and a recent data center project near Blessing. For most of the last decade the schedule has filled itself through repeat customers and referrals.

The equipment matches the work. Our smallest excavators weigh 50,000 pounds, our tandem dump trucks run in rotation, and the select fill and sand come out of two pits we own in southeast Fort Bend County. That combination lets one company clear the land, dig the pond, supply the dirt, build the pad and haul what is left, without a middleman anywhere in the chain.

The person who looks at your property and prices the job is family, and so is the person in the excavator. Call (281) 750-6510 — quotes are free, and we answer around the clock.

What We Believe

Three Rules We Don't Break

Size the Job Right

Our machines are built for acreage, ponds and volume dirt. When a project fits us, you hear a firm plan. When it is too small for equipment this size, we say so before anyone wastes money.

Control the Material

Owning the pits means the select fill is ours, the trucks are ours, and your schedule does not wait on a broker. The dirt is there when the job needs it, at pit pricing.

Finish to Grade

A pond that holds water. A pad that holds elevation. A road that sheds rain. The job ends at the finished grade, and we look at it with you before the equipment loads out.

Why Choose RLS

Why Landowners and Builders Call Us

We Own the Dirt

Two sand and dirt pits in southeast Fort Bend County. Select fill, bank sand and fill dirt come from our own ground, on our own trucks, when your schedule needs them.

Equipment With Real Weight

Our smallest excavators weigh 50,000 pounds. Ponds, pads, clearing and volume dirt work get machines sized for the job, backed by a fleet of tandem dump trucks.

Built for Volume Work

Hundreds of loads on one project is a normal week here. We run shifts around the clock when a deadline calls for it, and the job is priced from the site, not a phone guess.

Fort Bend County Roots

Fifteen years working this ground, most of it repeat and referral. We know what the coastal prairie clay does when it rains and what it takes to build on it.

What You Can Expect

How a Job With RLS Runs

From the first look at the ground to the last pass of the grade, here is exactly how it goes.

1

Look at the Land

We meet you at the property and read the job off the ground itself: what is growing, where water sits, how trucks and excavators get in. Big dirt work prices off what is really out there.

2

Firm Quote

You get a free quote with a real number and a real plan: what gets dug or cleared, how many loads move, where the dirt comes from or goes. It holds unless the scope changes.

3

Move the Dirt

The equipment shows up when we said. Excavators dig, trucks run in rotation, and on deadline jobs we run shifts around the clock until the volume is moved.

4

Finish to Grade

The last pass matters as much as the first load. Pads compacted and holding elevation, ponds shaped and ready for water, ground graded so it drains. We look at the finished work with you before we leave.
